Shear End Welder for OCTG Pipes<\/a> is a dedicated piece of equipment designed exclusively for OCTG pipe production lines. It primarily performs trimming and joining operations for steel strip coils.<\/div>\n

The machine first cuts off uneven, irregular sections at the head and tail of each steel coil strip to ensure neat and flat strip ends. Afterwards, it carries out precise butt welding to connect the end of the used strip with the start of the next incoming coil. Once the welding process is finished, the seamlessly joined steel strip is delivered to the strip accumulator. This workflow guarantees uninterrupted material supply and keeps the entire OCTG pipe production line running continuously and stably.<\/div>\n
