Our Forming Sizing Unit for OCTG Production Line<\/a> constitutes the core processing unit of high-frequency resistance welded pipe production lines, purpose-built to continuously bend and deform incoming steel strip into complete tubular profiles through progressive roll forming. Once the strip is shaped into an open tubular configuration, an HF induction welding unit fuses its longitudinal edges to form a continuous, stable weld seam. The hot welded pipe is subsequently conveyed into the cooling section for controlled cooling treatment to stabilize material structure. Afterwards, sizing stands precisely calibrate the pipe outer diameter to comply with customized dimensional tolerance standards. Beyond primary sizing, multiple Turks Head units arranged downstream conduct secondary dimensional trimming and preliminary straightening, effectively optimizing pipe roundness, straightness and overall geometric consistency for finished tubes.<\/p>\n
