Working in tandem with the coil loading trolley, it accepts heavy steel coils transported from the stockyard. Its expandable mandrel engages the coil\u2019s inner bore for firm clamping, delivering steady radial support to avert coil deformation, loose winding and sudden collapse during decoiling.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Equipped with robust drive and brake assemblies, the uncoiler executes regulated, continuous unwinding to payout flat steel strip at a speed synchronized with the production line. It feeds the uncoiled strip onward to the leveler for preliminary straightening, removing inherent coil camber and surface undulation prior to the strip entering the tube mill forming section.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>As the core starter unit that dictates material feeding pacing, stable operation of the uncoiler directly ensures uniform strip tension, uninterrupted material conveyance and holistic line stability. A properly specified uncoiler can effectively prevent strip jams, tensile deformation and inconsistent feeding faults.
