funcionamiento<\/h3>\n<p>A diferencia de los discos abrasivos tradicionales de corte en caliente, que generan un calor por fricci\u00f3n y chispas considerables, esta hoja de sierra en fr\u00edo cuenta con dientes de corte duros rectificados con precisi\u00f3n para cortar mec\u00e1nicamente la pared del tubo. Durante la rotaci\u00f3n a alta velocidad y el avance controlado, el l\u00edquido refrigerante de corte ba\u00f1a continuamente la zona de corte para disipar el calor al instante. Toda la energ\u00eda t\u00e9rmica generada durante el corte es eliminada por las virutas, por lo que no se produce ninguna zona afectada por el calor (HAZ), oxidaci\u00f3n del tubo ni deformaci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica en los extremos de los tubos, lo que permite un verdadero corte en fr\u00edo de piezas tubulares.
