chaleur de frottement intense et des \u00e9tincelles, celui-ci <a href=\"https:\/\/gh-petro.com\/fr\/scie-volante-a-froid-vs-tronconnage-a-froid-pour-les-solutions-de-decoupe-destinees-aux-usines-de-tubes-erw\/\">une lame de scie \u00e0 froid<\/a> repose sur des dents de coupe dures et rectifi\u00e9es avec pr\u00e9cision pour cisailler m\u00e9caniquement la paroi du tube. Lors de la rotation \u00e0 grande vitesse et de l'avance contr\u00f4l\u00e9e, le liquide de refroidissement de coupe baigne en continu la zone de coupe afin de dissiper instantan\u00e9ment la chaleur. Toute l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la coupe est \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par les copeaux ; il n\u2019y a donc ni zone affect\u00e9e thermiquement (HAZ), ni oxydation du tube, ni d\u00e9formation thermique au niveau des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, ce qui permet un v\u00e9ritable formage par coupe \u00e0 froid des pi\u00e8ces tubulaires.
