Our ERW Tube Mill Forming Section with Fast Roll Change<\/a> serves as the core forming unit for high-frequency ERW pipe production lines. Its structural design enables gradual bending and shaping of incoming steel strip into a closed tubular profile through sequential roller deformation. Upon completion of the forming process, an HF induction welder fuses the two edges of the steel strip to form a robust weld seam. The newly welded pipe is subsequently conveyed into the cooling section for controlled heat dissipation. Following cooling, sizing stands precisely calibrate the pipe outer diameter to comply with stringent dimensional tolerance requirements. Downstream Turks Head units conduct further dimensional trimming and preliminary straightening, ultimately producing finished pipes featuring consistent roundness, excellent straightness and outstanding overall geometrical precision.<\/p>\n
