It gradually shapes incoming steel strip into a closed tubular profile through staged roller deformation. The formed strip edges are fused by an HF induction welder to create a robust, durable weld seam. Freshly welded tubes travel to the cooling zone for controlled heat dissipation. Sizing stands precisely calibrate outer dimensions to satisfy stringent tolerance requirements, while downstream Turks Head units fine-tune profiles and perform pre-straightening, producing finished square and rectangular tubes with consistent dimensional consistency, excellent straightness and premium overall geometric accuracy.<\/p>\n
