It progressively forms incoming steel strip into a closed tubular shape through step-by-step roller deformation. The butted strip edges are fused by a high-frequency induction welder to produce robust weld joints with outstanding service durability. Immediately after welding, the tubes are transported to the cooling section for regulated heat dissipation. Subsequent sizing stands precisely calibrate outer dimensions to satisfy stringent tolerance requirements, while downstream Turks Head assemblies conduct profile optimization and preliminary straightening treatment.
