Before pressurisation, pipe ends are hermetically sealed using either large-clearance radial sealing or end-face sealing, followed by high-pressure water filling into the pipe bore. Test pressure is held compliant with applicable industrial standards to validate seal tightness and detect any leakage. All test data is automatically logged to a dedicated database for full traceability and archived record access.
