Desenvolvido como um substituto avan\u00e7ado das tesouras voadoras tradicionais e das serras a frio voadoras convencionais, este sistema recorre \u00e0 tecnologia de corte por fresagem orbital planet\u00e1ria para alcan\u00e7ar um acompanhamento sincronizado e um corte de comprimento fixo em tubos de a\u00e7o em movimento cont\u00ednuo, eliminando o tempo de inatividade da linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o durante as opera\u00e7\u00f5es de corte.<\/div>\n<div>Ao contr\u00e1rio dos processos de corte t\u00e9rmico e de cisalhamento por pun\u00e7\u00e3o, o nosso sistema de corte por fresagem orbital realiza um corte a frio completo ao longo de todo o ciclo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Com base numa \u00fanica l\u00e2mina de serra a frio dedicada como principal consum\u00edvel de corte, a unidade produz extremidades de tubos isentas de rebarbas, deforma\u00e7\u00f5es dimensionais e zonas afetadas pelo calor (HAZ).
