Conforma progressivamente a tira de a\u00e7o que entra, transformando-a numa forma tubular fechada atrav\u00e9s da deforma\u00e7\u00e3o passo a passo por rolos. As bordas das tiras, unidas de topo a topo, s\u00e3o fundidas por uma m\u00e1quina de soldadura por indu\u00e7\u00e3o de alta frequ\u00eancia, produzindo juntas de soldadura robustas com uma durabilidade de servi\u00e7o excecional. Imediatamente ap\u00f3s a soldadura, os tubos s\u00e3o transportados para a sec\u00e7\u00e3o de arrefecimento, para uma dissipa\u00e7\u00e3o de calor controlada. As torres de calibragem subsequentes ajustam com precis\u00e3o as dimens\u00f5es exteriores para satisfazer requisitos de toler\u00e2ncia rigorosos, enquanto os conjuntos \u00abTurks Head\u00bb a jusante realizam a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do perfil e o tratamento preliminar de endireitamento.
