φ114-219mm Max.Pressure 80Mpa 4-Station Online Hydrostatic Test Press performs hydrostatic pressure testing on seamless and welded pipes across a broad OD range to reveal concealed internal defects. Designed with wide-opening radial and end-face sealing configurations, it reliably seals both pipe ends prior to high-pressure water injection into the pipe bore. Test pressure is maintained in line with industry specifications including API 5CT to verify sealing integrity and identify leakage. All test data is automatically stored in a dedicated database for complete traceability, while its integrated auto/manual dual-control system guarantees stable, safe and environmentally compliant operation.

Process Flow

The hydraulic pressure test has three processes: pipe flushing, pressure testing and water drainage, and they are run in sequence as follows:

Pipe feeding bed 1→ flipping pipe 1→ pipe flushing → flipping pipe 2 → pipe feeding bed 2→ lateral movement chain → test pressure (clamping → radial pre-sealing → water injection → pipe end sealing→ pressure increase → pressure holding → pressure relief → water discharge → clamp loosening→ lateral movement)  → pipe feeding bed 3 (discharge pipe bed) → water drainage- flipping pipe 3 → storage bed
