الـ جهاز فك اللفائف serves as a key unit on welded tube production lines. Primarily, it receives steel coils delivered by the coil loading trolley, provides stable support for heavy coiled materials, and performs continuous uncoiling work. After unwinding, the steel strip is smoothly fed forward to the subsequent strip flattener or other downstream working stations. As an indispensable front-end equipment of the entire production line, it completes preliminary material preparation, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up tube forming and manufacturing processes.

Our Advantages

• The two drums operate cyclically: one performs unwinding while the other is loaded with coils. This cycle reduces downtime and boosts productivity. Additionally, the drums support forward and reverse rotation to enable bidirectional unwinding.
• A braking unit is fitted at the rear of the main machine to secure the coil during operation.
• The hold-down roll prevents coil bounce and eliminates potential safety hazards.
