Product Introduction

Flattener is applied to level the head and tail of the coil. The coil head and tail, after being leveled, are fed onto the shear end welding equipment to be shear end welder.

Equipped at the entrance of equipment with adjustable center aligning vertical rolls, easily adjust the position of the strips to ensure the strip center aligned well.Meanwhile,leveling hydraulic cylinder with the feature of pressure proportional adjustment, to adjust the leveling force amount automatically according to the various thickness of strip for better leveling effects.
