Our Profile Orbital Milling Cut Off Machine represents a next-generation fully automatic inline cold flying cutting system, custom engineered for high-speed ERW tube mills, seamless pipe production lines and professional OCTG manufacturing facilities.
It serves as an advanced upgrade to conventional flying shears and traditional flying cold saws. Equipped with planetary orbital milling technology, the machine performs real-time follow-up tracking and fixed-length cutting on moving steel pipes, supporting uninterrupted continuous production with no line stoppages during cutting operations.
Unlike thermal cutting and punch shearing processes, this equipment operates entirely via cold cutting methodology. Centered around a dedicated single cold saw blade as its key wear part, it produces pipe ends featuring zero burrs, zero dimensional distortion and no heat-affected zones (HAZ). Compatible with small, medium and large-sized carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel tubes, as well as OCTG casing and tubing, it stands as the preferred cutting solution for premium intelligent pipe mills across the globe.
