شركتنا Automatic 9 Roller Strip Leveler (also referred to as a strip flattener) serves as critical entry‑section equipment for a full ERW tube mill line. Mounted immediately after the uncoiler, it prepares steel strips ahead of forming and welding operations. Purpose‑built to remove coil‑set curvature, edge waviness and residual internal stress from hot‑rolled and cold‑rolled steel coils, this flattener produces consistently flat strip feed for downstream tube forming, effectively stabilizing weld‑seam quality and reducing pipe rejection rates.
Engineered for carbon‑steel, alloy‑steel and galvanized‑steel strips, our ERW flattener features heavy‑duty hardened leveling rolls and adjustable pinch rolls. It enables synchronized automatic operation with the uncoiler, shear‑butt welder and accumulator throughout the ERW pipe‑making workflow. Hydraulic pressure adjustment allows fast parameter changeover for varying strip thickness and width, accommodating different ERW mill capacities and OCTG pipe‑manufacturing demands.
Constructed with a heavy welded frame, the unit facilitates simple roll replacement and routine maintenance for long‑term non‑stop heavy‑load operation.
