جهازنا الأوتوماتيكي Steel Strip Multi Roll Leveler (also known as a strip flattener) is an indispensable entry‑section unit for complete ERW tube mill lines. Installed directly downstream of the uncoiler, it pre‑treats steel strips ahead of forming and welding operations. Purpose‑built to eliminate coil‑set curvature, edge waviness and residual internal stress from hot‑rolled and cold‑rolled steel coils, this flattener delivers uniformly flat strip feedstock for downstream tube forming, reliably stabilizing weld seam quality and reducing pipe reject rates.
Designed for carbon steel, alloy steel and galvanized steel strips, our ERW flattener is fitted with heavy‑duty hardened leveling rolls and adjustable pinch rolls. It performs synchronized automatic operation with the uncoiler, shear‑butt welder and strip accumulator across the full ERW pipe production cycle. Hydraulic pressure adjustment allows quick parameter changes for different strip thickness and width, catering to various ERW mill capacities and OCTG pipe manufacturing demands.
Built with a heavy‑duty welded frame structure, the equipment enables easy roll replacement and routine maintenance for long‑term continuous heavy‑duty running.
