Our Advantages

The CNC orbital milling cold cutoff saw is a new-generation high-tech device for ERW tube mills and OCTG production lines. It performs on-line orbital milling to cut medium and large tubes to preset lengths with high precision, delivering smooth, burr-free cut surfaces.
The unit supports fully automatic and unmanned operation. Equipped with a graphical HMI, it allows convenient configuration of cutting parameters, servo positioning monitoring, fault alarms and real-time operating status. It also enables on-line setting of multiple cut lengths.
Equipped with sophisticated program design, it works for circular, square and rectangular tube cutting.
Specially designed hydraulic clamp guarantees reliable performance, high cutting accuracy, excellent surface finish, longer blade life and lower costs.
With advanced programming and S-curve control for carriage start and return, this cold flying saw minimizes mechanical impact and prolongs the service life of transmission components.
