Product Introduction

The Solid-State High-Frequency Induction Welder features a classic AC-DC-AC variable-frequency topology. Its rectifier section employs a three-phase full-bridge thyristor phase-controlled rectifier circuit, while an LC filter assembled from inductors and capacitors is installed on the DC bus to satisfy the operating criteria of the voltage-source inverter.
The voltage-source inverter utilizes a modular parallel layout for scalable power output. Every individual inverter module consists of a single-phase MOSFET full-bridge circuit coupled to a series resonant tank via a high-frequency matching transformer. This matching transformer serves dual purposes: it aggregates output power and optimizes impedance matching, while providing galvanic isolation between the power source and welding load.
A dedicated high-reliability overcurrent protection circuit is integrated to deliver prompt and effective fault response against inverter overcurrent conditions, safeguarding consistent and secure inverter operation.

    SiC devices support operating frequencies up to 10× higher than conventional silicon alternatives without sacrificing conversion efficiency, cutting power losses by approximately 50%. Elevated working frequency also downsizes passive peripheral parts including inductors and high-frequency transformers, effectively trimming system bulk and auxiliary component procurement costs.
