Product Introduction

The main function of the un-coiler is to receive the steel coils transported by the loading trolley, support the coils, and open the coils to feed them to the flattener or the next work process. It is one of the important equipment in the welded tube production line, preparing the steel strip for the tube mill to start.

Our Advantages

The bidirectional rotating drum enables upward and downward unwinding.
The hold-down roll prevents coil bounce and potential personal injuries, greatly enhancing operational safety. Additionally, a hydraulically or pneumatically actuated brake unit is installed at the rear of the uncoiler main body. With adjustable braking force, it effectively stops the coil from loosening during operation.
