It can be a 3-upper 3-lower straightening roller ratio and it also could be a 3-upper 4-lower straightening roller ratio,the 3-upper roller are equipped with a worm gear adjustment structure which can adjust the specifications of the steel pipe and the 4-lower rollers contain one passive roller with 3 active lower roller.According to your request we also could supply a 10-roller straightening ratio structure of 5-upper 5-lower.

This φ76mm Oil Pipe Straightening Unit adopts full automatic configuration with built-in infeed and outfeed conveyors. The high-rigidity main frame delivers superior structural stability, enabling precise and stable straightening during continuous operation.

It is widely applicable to carbon steel, standard API and seamless pipes of different specifications. Adaptable to various line speeds, it can operate inline or independently. Custom-engineered solutions and equipment are offered to meet customized production demands.
