Product Introduction

GH hydraulic OCTG bucking machine is purpose-built for precision make-up and breakout of casing, tubing, drill pipe and premium threaded OCTG couplings in pipe mills, OCTG processing workshops and downhole tool maintenance yards, complying strictly with API 5CT & API 7K industrial torque specifications.

Available in fixed floor-mounted and split portable configurations, the equipment covers a wide diameter range from small-bore tubing up to large-size casing. Three core clamping structures (wedge roller clamping, full rotary hydraulic clamping and planetary jaw clamping) are optional to suit conventional round threads and premium airtight connections including VAM, Hydril and other special threads. Driven by closed-loop hydraulic system with PLC+HMI intelligent control, the unit automatically monitors torque, turns and rotational angle throughout threading operations. All test parameters are logged into a built-in database for full production traceability and quality archiving. It supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic to fit sporadic maintenance work and high-volume continuous production lines.
