The pipe threading machine is essential for high-precision offline pipe fabrication.Different from portable threading tools, the machine fixes the pipe in a clamped stationary position, while the cutting head rotates and traverses along the pipe axis to complete threading.
It is designed to accommodate a wide range of pipe lengths and diameters, supporting machining of NPT and BSPT standard threads.
According to accuracy and wall thickness requirements, two processing modes are available:
• Multi-pass progressive cutting for heavy-wall pipes
• Full CNC control for high-efficiency single-pass threading

Meanwhile,equipped with servo-driven traverse system, it realizes precise synchronization between spindle rotation and feeding travel.
High-performance pipe threading machines ensure reliable leak-proof threaded connections, making them indispensable core equipment for professional pipe fabrication workshops.

T/T, L/C at sight are available. Flexible payment terms can be discussed for large scale turn key projects.
