Overview
GH API 5CT Tubing Straightener for OCTG Production Line is a high-performance straightener built for oilfield service. Engineered for straightening oil tubing, casing, steel pipes and sucker rods, it is widely applied in OCTG production lines, pipe mills and pipe maintenance workshops.
Driven by a high-power stepless variable-frequency geared motor for the straightening rollers and equipped with an integrated conveying system, this rotary OCTG tube straightener features a heavy-duty rigid frame to deliver outstanding operational stability. Its pressing stroke can be quickly adjusted to suit a broad range of pipe specifications, allowing flexible and efficient operation. This rugged straightener efficiently straightens oil-contaminated used pipes, improving pipe straightness while protecting pipe surfaces from damage.
The machine processes carbon steel, API-standard and seamless pipes of various dimensions. Featuring steplessly adjustable line speed, it supports both inline continuous processing and standalone offline operation. Custom equipment design and tailored solutions are available to meet your specific production requirements.

- Roller Configuration:
It can be a 3-upper 3-lower straightening roller ratio and it also could be a 3-upper 4-lower straightening roller ratio,the 3-upper roller are equipped with a worm gear adjustment structure which can adjust the specifications of the steel pipe and the 4-lower rollers contain one passive roller with 3 active lower roller.According to your request we also could supply a 10-roller straightening ratio structure of 5-upper 5-lower.
