Overview
This API Compliant Pipe Bucking Equipment is custom-designed for high-precision make-up and breakout of casings, tubings, drill pipes and premium threaded OCTG couplings. Widely applied in pipe manufacturers, OCTG finishing workshops and downhole tool maintenance yards, it fully meets the torque specifications specified in API 5CT and API 7K industry standards.
Two installation options are available: fixed floor-mounted version and split portable version, covering a wide diameter range from small-bore tubing to large-diameter heavy-wall casing. Three optional core clamping structures can be selected: wedge roller clamping, full rotary hydraulic clamping and planetary jaw clamping. They are fully compatible with standard round threads, as well as high-performance gas-tight premium connections including VAM, Hydril and other proprietary special threads.
Driven by a closed-loop hydraulic system and integrated with a PLC+HMI intelligent control system, the unit enables real-time automatic monitoring of torque, rotation turns and angular displacement throughout the entire thread make-up and breakout process. All test data is automatically logged and saved in the local database, delivering full production traceability and permanent quality record archiving.
It supports three operation modes: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic, flexibly catering to ad-hoc maintenance work as well as high-volume continuous mass production on dedicated production lines.
