Overview

Our Orbital Milling Cutoff is a next-gen fully automatic in-line cold flying cutting system tailor-built for high-speed ERW tube mills, seamless pipe production lines and professional OCTG manufacturing plants. Serving as a superior upgrade over conventional flying shears and traditional flying cold saws, it adopts planetary orbital milling technology to deliver synchronized tracking and cut-to-length processing for running steel pipes, enabling non-stop production without line halts during cutting.
Different from thermal cutting and punch shearing methods, this unit adopts a full cold cutting process throughout operation. Using a specialized single cold saw blade as the core consumable, it yields pipe ends with zero burrs, no dimensional deformation and no heat-affected zones (HAZ). Compatible with small, medium and large carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel tubes, alongside OCTG casing and tubing, it has become the top-choice cutting solution for high-end intelligent pipe mills worldwide.
