The Strip Shear&End Welder is an indispensable auxiliary welding machine for the ERW tube mill line, widely used to join the tail end of the current steel coil and the head end of the next coil continuously during tube production. Our shear end welder adopts integrated shearing & welding design. It automatically shears the uneven ends of steel strips, aligns strip edges precisely and completes butt welding in one cycle. Equipped with stable resistance welding system, it delivers flat, firm and crack-free weld seams. The welded strip can smoothly pass through forming stands, sizing stands and high-frequency welding unit of the ERW tube production line, without breaking during continuous pipe forming.
Customizable configurations are available to match different strip widths and thicknesses for ERW steel pipe mill, round tube and square tube production.
