Overview
This Casing and Tubing Bucking Machine is custom-engineered for high-precision makeup and breakout operations of casings, tubings, drill pipes and premium threaded OCTG couplings. Extensively deployed in pipe mills, OCTG finishing workshops and downhole tool service yards, it fully complies with the torque requirements stipulated in API 5CT and API 7K industry specifications.
Two installation configurations are offered: a stationary floor-mounted model and a split portable variant, accommodating an extensive diameter spectrum ranging from small-bore tubing to large-diameter heavy-wall casing. Three core clamping mechanisms are available as optional selections: wedge roller clamping, full rotary hydraulic clamping and planetary jaw clamping. The equipment is fully compatible with standard round threads, together with high-performance gas-tight premium connections such as VAM, Hydril and other patented special threads.
Powered by a closed-loop hydraulic system and equipped with a PLC+HMI intelligent control system, the machine realizes real-time automatic monitoring of torque, rotational turns and angular displacement during the whole thread makeup and breakout cycle. All test parameters are automatically recorded and stored in the local database, achieving complete production traceability and permanent archiving of quality records.
Three operating modes are supported: manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic. This flexible setup adapts perfectly to occasional maintenance tasks as well as high-volume uninterrupted mass production on dedicated production lines.
