Overview
Our OCTG Petroleum Pipe End Facing Machine is an electro-mechanical integrated product consisting of mechanical parts, electrical components and its control system. Controlled by PLC, this machine can perform automatic facing operations. Touch screens with digital displays are equipped on both sides of the main unit, featuring simple operation and convenient maintenance.
Our pipe-end facing&chamfering beveling equipments are fully automatic for double-end pipe facing. Engineered to receive pipes directly from the mill, the machines offer a completely automatic loading, feeding, chamfering and length measuring processes.
They feature automatic transfer for simultaneous end-facing operations.
Our pipe-end facing unit adopts a double-facing configuration with independent automatic pipe transfer and alignment systems. This separated transfer layout enables pipe buffering between the two facing machines. Tool change and parameter setup on one unit will not interrupt operation of the other, substantially cutting overall tool change time.
