Overview

 

φ21-120mm 70 Mpa One-station OCTG Pipe Pressure Testing System is custom-built for hydrostatic pressure testing of seamless and welded pipes covering a wide outer diameter spectrum, allowing precise detection of hidden internal pipe defects.
Prior to pressurization, pipe ends are hermetically sealed with large-clearance radial sealing or end-face sealing assemblies, after which high-pressure water is pumped into the pipe bore. Prescribed test pressure is maintained in line with applicable industry standards to confirm sealing integrity and identify any potential leakage.
All test data gets automatically logged into a proprietary database for full data traceability and rapid retrieval of historical test files. Integrated with dual manual-automatic control modes, the machine runs safely, dependably while complying with eco-friendly operational requirements.

Process Flow

The hydraulic pressure test has three processes: pipe flushing, pressure testing and water drainage, and they are run in sequence as follows:

Pipe feeding bed 1→ flipping pipe 1→ pipe flushing → flipping pipe 2 → pipe feeding bed 2→ lateral movement chain → test pressure (clamping → radial pre-sealing → water injection → pipe end sealing→ pressure increase → pressure holding → pressure relief → water discharge → clamp loosening→ lateral movement)  → pipe feeding bed 3 (discharge pipe bed) → water drainage- flipping pipe 3 → storage bed
