Overview

High Frequency Welded Pipe Cold Flying Saw is a next-generation fully automatic inline cold flying cutting system purpose-built for high-speed ERW tube mills, seamless steel pipe production lines, and specialized OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) manufacturing facilities. Serving as a high-performance upgrade to conventional flying shears and standard flying cold saws, it utilizes planetary orbital milling technology to deliver synchronous tracking and fixed-length cutting for continuously running steel pipes, eliminating line stoppages during cutting operations.
Distinct from thermal cutting and stamping shearing processes, this unit operates with full cold cutting throughout the entire cutting cycle. Equipped with a dedicated single cutting blade as its primary wear part, it delivers pipe ends completely free of burrs, deformation and heat-affected zones (HAZ). Versatile for small, medium and large carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel pipes, plus OCTG casing and tubing, it has become the go-to cutting solution for premium intelligent pipe mills worldwide.
