Product Introduction

Horizontal table/spiral accumulator is installed between the shear end welder and forming mill, the strip accumulator stores the strips of a large amount enough to allow for continuously supplying the strips to tube mill when loading next coil and shearing and butt welding the ends of strips. It plays an important role of ensuring a non-stop operation of the ERW tube mill line, and improving the operation rate, quality rate, and productivity of the ERW tube mill line.

We will supply sophisticated mechanical design ensures even for ultra-thin strips, no jamming, no folding, no deformation, or no scratch during the whole process of strip accumulator, which is critical for the quality of final products.
