Mechanic: Un-coiler main unit (main body, drum and expansion and contraction device, brake device), hold down roll device.

Hydraulic: Shared among the hydraulic system of entry section

Electric: Shared among the electrical control system of entry section, plus a nearby control box and a mobile remote control for un-coiler

Pneumatic: Air value, solenoid valve, air station

Product Introduction

The main function of the un-coiler is to receive the steel coils transported by the loading trolley, support the coils, and open the coils to feed them to the flattener or the next work process. It is one of the important equipment in the welded tube production line, preparing the steel strip for the tube mill to start.

Two drums continuously work in a periodic manner while one unwinding and the other one for coil loading, saving work time and improving productivity.Furthermore,drum can rotate in both direction of forwarding and reversing, realizing the features of up/down unwinding.
